Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to deliver to international addresses, PO boxes, or freight forwarders at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout. There is a single shipping option per order — we do not currently offer an expedited service.

Heavy and Oversized Items
Items weighing more than 150 lb exceed the limits of standard parcel carriers and ship by freight. These products cannot be purchased directly through the website — their product pages carry a Request a Freight Quote button instead, and we will quote the freight cost to your delivery address before any payment is taken.
The same applies if your combined order weighs more than 150 lb. You are welcome to split it into smaller orders instead, or contact us for a freight quote.
Delivery Times
We do not quote a fixed delivery window. Most of our catalog is ordered from the manufacturer as needed, so the time to ship depends on their stock for that particular item — a common tool may move quickly, while a service part may take longer.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will check availability and give you a realistic estimate for that item.
Order Processing and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships. Tracking is also available in your account under Order History.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown before you pay. Shipping charges are taxable in New York.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipping costs.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as you can so we can file a carrier claim. See our Return Policy for returns and refunds.
