Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@howtowireahouse.com with your order number.
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving authorization.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, installed, or modified
• Items without original packaging
• Special order or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
